As Managing Director, he has been leading the day-to-day operations with the UK Hearts & Science team since day one. He sets a high standard for the work his team delivers and supports them in their journey towards the unexpected and brilliant.
Previously having served as Managing Partner at M2M and Communications Planning Director at OMD, Garrett is no stranger to agency life. He holds the internationally renowned MIPA accreditation—the highest level of professional endorsement for Media in the UK, and his skills don’t stop there. He’s also a bit of a quiz geek and has a steady stream of fun facts ready to share.

Carr Chief Strategy OfficerSimon is the mastermind behind breaking down complicated client problems into simple, clear and jargon free strategies that stay relevant as consumer behaviour evolves. Armed with his trusty sharpie and sketchbook, Simon forges ahead with new ideas while recognising the value of the past.
He has worked across marketing agencies like M2M, Vizeum and Starcom for clients like Twentieth Century Fox, Paddy Power, Converse and Sky. His work at M2M won Mediaweek Gold three years in a row and he was shortlisted at Cannes too. Impressive in many ways, Simon can also do one finger pull ups and beat match records like a pro on a pair of Technics 1210s. No big deal.

Matthews Chief Experience OfficerAmy is the key to unlocking the best client relationships at Hearts & Science. An extremely perceptive leader, she is committed to evolving the client experience with data and technology as it sways and shapes the media landscape. She is no stranger to challenging media thinking and is often pioneering new ways to achieve better creativity and results for clients.
She has over 15 years of experience in the media industry working on both the media planning side and account side as Business Director at Rocket and Account Director at Arena. Having led a number of award-winning campaigns, most recently across UKTV, Amy has won categories in data and creativity—areas where she continues to excel by playing trivial pursuit and tap dancing in her spare time. -

Well versed in managing budgets, Warren has spent 20 years across global agencies like Carat and Omnicom Media Group making strategic investments and delivering cost effective solutions. Whether it’s renovating spreadsheets at work or household projects at home, Warren is always in a state of improving things around him. -
Short Head of New Business & MarketingWhen it comes to creating a compelling story to win new business or marketing Hearts & Science, Nichola is the person to ask. Her penchant for distilling complex ideas down into simple, digestible presentations allow her to nail client pitches and build meaningful relationships. She is a team player and loves working with the diverse talent at Hearts & Science to build profitable strategies for clients.
Nichola has a vast well of marketing experience across agencies like Ketchum and Omnicom Media Group. Her tenacity and resolve to succeed have pushed her in the past to guide a client to break a world record for the World’s Largest Cake—one of her more unusual projects. Now, when she isn’t working her magic on storytelling, you can find her teaching others to dance or treading the boards in a musical. -

Hartley Commercial DirectorAs Head of Partnerships, Mike is responsible for the partnerships team at Hearts and oversees investment of client budgets across channels including publishing, audio and OOH. He has a strong background in investment having worked in media for over 13 years in various commercial and investment roles. His broad view of the landscape means he understands how all parts of marketing fit together. He is a relentless negotiator and value seeker but a softie at heart.

Jones Strategy PartnerLysette has 10 years+ marketing and advertising experience working across a breadth of categories. She started out on Burger King, not flipping burgers, but account managing the creative development through to printing of, among other things, translates (those menu boards above the counter if you ever wondered what they were called). She moved into management consultancy for a few years but followed her heart and came back to advertising and media. Since then she has worked on Next, Legal & General Insurance and Investment Management, On the Beach, Victoria Beckham, Not on the High Street, Links of London, Historic Royal Palaces, UGG, Estee Lauder, Clinique, Jo Malone, Bobbi Brown, Amazon Prime Video, Center Parcs and Audible. As well as working at raising two children. At Hearts & Science she is responsible for finding ways for our clients to grow through effective advertising. She is particularly driven by unlocking audience insight which can help a brand achieve both its marketing and business objectives.

With nearly 20 years of agency experience across categories like tech, telco, B2B, travel, and CPG, Chris architects integrated teams to deliver customer-centric solutions that maximize business outcomes and ROI for clients. From awareness and amplification strategies to integrated acquisition solutions, Chris knows how to build blueprints for brands to compete on the world stage.
Chris resides in Dallas with his wife and twin daughters (#twinning), where his meditative riffs often reverberate through the house as he unwinds on his guitars.

Sharon has been a key part of the Omnicom Media Group family for the last 25 years. From her early stage career in research and sales for A&E and BBDO to the east coast regional director at OMD, Sharon is ready to help others pivot along with an ever-changing media landscape. She was named Media Buyer of the Year by TVWeek in 2018 and has maintained a curious attitude toward continuously learning in the midst of an evolving industry.
But it’s not just accolades and experience that Sharon has been collecting along her career—she also has a diverse set of Brady Bunch paraphernalia. Ask her about it!
