A charismatic leader and futurist, Ralph is leading the way creating ambidextrous capabilities, culture mining for insight and building a diverse talent team that delivers divergent thinking. He believes the old marketing playbooks are broken and marketers need to continuously adjust media approaches, adopting a similar philosophically to software updates in the tech world. He is comfortable in a world of big business and entrepreneurship and was named one of Adweek’s Media All-Stars, and his team has won numerous top awards for digital creativity. A child of the Puerto Rican diaspora Ralph was born and raised New York City, and is passionate about creating pathways for the next generation of diverse leaders, he can often be found mentoring young minority entrepreneurs and start up’s in the media space.

Sharon has been a key part of the Omnicom Media Group family for the last 25 years. From her early stage career in research and sales for A&E and BBDO to the east coast regional director at OMD, Sharon is ready to help others pivot along with an ever-changing media landscape. She was named Media Buyer of the Year by TVWeek in 2018 and has maintained a curious attitude toward continuously learning in the midst of an evolving industry.
But it’s not just accolades and experience that Sharon has been collecting along her career—she also has a diverse set of Brady Bunch paraphernalia. Ask her about it!

Jeff possède une solide expérience en finances. Après avoir débuté sa carrière dans une grande firme comptable, il s’est tourné vers l’industrie des médias, en tant que directeur des finances chez Ogilvy, avant de se joindre à OMD. Homme de tous les talents, il a également passé six ans dans la garde nationale de l’armée américaine en Louisiane et détient un MBA de l’Université de Columbia.
