For the first time ever, Forrester Research has evaluated and ranked the top full-service media agencies with billings under $20 billion to determine how they stack up. We were proud to be invited to participate in this latest Wave and are even more proud of the result. Hearts & Science was named a “Leader”—Forrester’s top ranking.
The Forrester Wave™: Full-Service Media Agencies, Q1 2019 evaluation ranks agencies across many parameters, from media operations to market footprint. We received the highest score possible in the following criteria:
- Media Planning & Buying
- Brand Safety
- Transparency Approach
- Media Vendor Partnership Strategy
We also received the top score among all agencies in the Strategy category.

The report also cites our efforts to advance our digital buying clout, support anthropological audience research, and leverage Omnicom’s Omni data, audience, and delivery platform to drive results for our clients. The report also recognizes our strong belief that clients should own their own data:
