Vi älskar utmaningar. Och att utmana. Vi vet att data ger oss och våra kunder insikter och förståelse. Men data och insikter måste strösslas med nyfikenhet och hjärta för att hitta nya lösningar och möjligheter som skapar reell affärsutveckling och tillväxt.
Data, kunskap och teknik är del av vårt dna.
Tillgången på data är inte den stora utmaningen utan snarare hur vi kopplar ihop den och använder den för att optimera och mer effektivt nå våra kunders mål. Growth-hacking har blivit en buzzword för många men för oss har det varit vår arbetsmodell från start. Och modellen är omöjlig om vi inte har koll på och djup förståelse för data och nya tekniska lösningar.
Vi grundades i New York och lanserades i Sverige 2018.
Hearts & Science grundades i tron om att den som kan få ihop data och kreativitet blir en viktig del av framtiden.

She was named Media Buyer of the Year by TVWeek in 2018 and has maintained a curious attitude toward continuously learning in the midst of an evolving industry.

A charismatic leader and futurist, Ralph is leading the way creating ambidextrous capabilities, culture mining for insight and building a diverse talent team that delivers divergent thinking. He believes the old marketing playbooks are broken and marketers need to continuously adjust media approaches, adopting a similar philosophically to software updates in the tech world. He is comfortable in a world of big business and entrepreneurship and was named one of Adweek’s Media All-Stars, and his team has won numerous top awards for digital creativity. A child of the Puerto Rican diaspora Ralph was born and raised New York City, and is passionate about creating pathways for the next generation of diverse leaders, he can often be found mentoring young minority entrepreneurs and start up’s in the media space.
